RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Any problems with your order, we will make things right. Please notify us of any problems (damaged products, missing or incorrect items) by emailing us at detallesunicosymas@gmail.com. If you are reporting a damaged product, please include a photo with your email if possible.
Please notify us of any problems within 7 days of placing your order. We cannot offer refunds and/or replacement goods after that time period.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship using a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the time of year and location the tray is going to. Orders are generally shipped within one to three business days of receipt. You may also select from expedited shipping methods at checkout (UPS 2nd-Day Air and UPS Overnight where applicable)
